Must:
I am looking for candidates with the following qualifications:
- 5+ years in an IT project or solutions role
- Hands-on experience with hardware, software, systems, networks, Wi-Fi, and servers
- Experience in monitoring and maintaining servers and networks
- Proven advanced technical support for client stakeholders such as IT Managers
- Project management exposure
- Ability to work independently, juggle multiple tasks, and pay attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal
Responsibilities
In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Serving as the senior point of escalation, trusted by customers and teammates
- Designing and delivering solutions while focusing on project work rather than BAU tickets
- Managing multiple projects across a range of technologies simultaneously
- Exploring new and emerging tech to keep us ahead of the curve
- Maintaining and improving your skills through ongoing certifications and training
- Communicating effectively—in person and on the phone—so customers feel confident every step of the way
