Requirements
Must:
- Experience as a Systems Engineer or Systems Analyst with FDM (Flight Data Monitoring) expertise.
- Recent experience in requirement capture, development, and implementation of an FDM system.
- Ability to obtain Security Clearance (SC).
- Willingness to travel to Bristol at least every fortnight.
Responsibilities
- Deliver early expertise and guidance that reduces risk and improves programme outcomes within the FDM service.
- Provide timely and cost-effective solutions to technical problems.
- Apply appropriate practices to manage FDM solutions and resolve operational issues.
- Establish credible relationships with internal and external stakeholders, supported by ongoing feedback.
- Identify savings by delivering more cost-effective solutions.
- Demonstrate our company values and competencies through positive examples in your role.
Description
We are looking for a Systems Engineer/Systems Analyst to join our esteemed Military Flight Training School, responsible for delivering next-generation training for the UK MOD. This role is both challenging and rewarding and includes the opportunity to establish and operate FDM across a range of aircraft within the United Kingdom Flight Training System. Founded in the 2000s, our organization designs and delivers bespoke flight training systems across the MOD. We are excited to invite a Technical Project Manager who is passionate about improving programme outcomes within our FDM service.
