Requirements
Must:
- Education: I require a Bachelor’s degree in computer science, statistics, business, or a related field.
- Experience: You should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in a BI role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, SQL, and data warehousing solutions is essential.
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are necessary, with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are a must to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
Responsibilities
- I expect you to work closely with the CTO to shape and deliver the BI Strategy.
- Your role will involve reporting and analysis to develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and analytical tools that provide actionable insights, including KPIs for the teams.
- You will take ownership of Power BI at Kids Planet, spearheading report creation and rollout to the business, along with KPI and detailed analytics.
- It’s important to use SQL as a key application to analyze and validate data for accurate reporting.
- You will collaborate with different departments to understand their data needs and deliver reporting solutions that meet these requirements.
- I encourage you to identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to enhance data-driven decision-making.
- Lastly, you’ll ensure that all BI activities comply with relevant data protection regulations and industry standards.
