Must:
We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst who has experience taking the lead on multiple projects and overseeing team members. You should possess skills in the development lifecycle process analysis, the creation of user story documents, and the development of technical design documents. Previous experience in a Financial Services firm is advantageous, though not essential. A good understanding of change management and a high level of competency in MS Visio, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word are also required. Familiarity with Waterfall, Agile, and Kanban methodologies will be beneficial.
Responsibilities
In this role, I will rely on you to input into and be responsible for the system roadmap, ensuring timely updates and improvements. You will oversee all projects, making sure they align with our company goals and strategies. You will manage and mentor a team of Business and Test Analysts, being the go-to person for any questions or queries. Additionally, you will transform user stories into actionable technical design documents and create various documents, including project roadmaps, project plans, user case diagrams, and technical design documents.
