We are looking for a Senior Consultant with a robust background in the construction industry, complemented by strong financial and commercial experience. This role is ideal for quantity surveyors or finance/accounting professionals ready to embrace a new challenge within a growing and personable financial software business. Essential experience includes knowledge of UK construction accounting and commercial processes, strong change management skills, and the ability to transform operational needs into clear, usable system designs and reports. Familiarity with construction-related software and experience in integrations between finance/ERP and field/project tools would be advantageous.
Responsibilities
In this position, I will need you to lead stakeholders through change, mapping current vs. future processes, and building buy-in while guiding teams through adoption. You'll own end-to-end project delivery, managing scoping, solution design, configuration, testing, training, go-live, and hypercare. Your role will involve acting as a trusted advisor on project accounting and procurement, translating real-world construction needs into robust system designs. Additionally, you'll oversee configuration across core areas, guide data migration, and be hands-on when necessary to ensure smooth delivery. Direct line management of junior consultants will also be part of your responsibilities, providing support, coaching, and conducting performance reviews.
Description
This role offers a salary of up to £60,000 depending on experience, with flexible remote working and occasional client site visits. You'll benefit from 23 days of annual leave, which increases with service, as well as early finishes twice a month, a birthday and personal day off, and various financial and health benefits.
