Requirements
Must:
- Strong communication skills
- Experience in a similar role
- Proficiency in Excel and Word
- Ability to navigate Framework Portals and demonstrate features to colleagues
- Experience in Framework administration (e.g., uploading certificates for compliance)
- Ability to multitask and manage deadlines
- Act as a central point of contact between internal teams and Framework personnel
- Persistence in following up on outstanding reports
- Experience in construction or the public sector is beneficial

- Ensure monthly Framework reports are submitted on time
- Ensure Framework invoices are paid by the due date
- Query invoice values as needed
- Track the progress of projects
- Collate data and information
- Register new suppliers in the system
- Maintain and update Framework records
- Book travel and accommodation as necessary
- Archive paper-based records
Description
We are looking for a Senior Framework Administrator who can work independently with minimal supervision while meeting deadlines. This position offers the opportunity to gain valuable knowledge and experience in managing Public Sector Frameworks. Our office is located in Birmingham, and we support a hybrid working environment.
