Requirements
Must:
- Experience delivering application support, including troubleshooting and resolving technical issues
- Knowledge of CAFM systems, preferably within facilities management
- At least 2 years' experience with MRI Evolution
Responsibilities
- Manage the setup, configuration, and documentation of the CAFM system, ensuring it meets the needs of the business
- Support mobilisation and demobilisation activities, keeping everything running smoothly
- Work with IT Business Partners to analyse requirements and provide technical specifications for changes
- Offer consultancy on areas like work order management, scheduling, and reporting
- Handle patches and upgrades, delivering them safely through the change process
- Maintain test scripts and support testing for both functional and non-functional requirements
- Monitor key processes to ensure the system remains fully operational, with successful backups and prompt resolution of any issues
Description
In this role, I offer full remote flexibility, requiring attendance at only one on-site meeting per month. However, if you prefer to spend more time in the office, that's fine too, giving you control over your time while still staying connected with the team. You will take ownership of the CAFM system, shaping it with your ideas and expertise. You will build close relationships with software vendors, giving you access to advanced knowledge and influence over product development. There will also be opportunities to train and mentor others, sharing your skills and further establishing yourself as a subject matter expert.
