Requirements
Must:
- I have at least 5 years' experience in a commercial IT support environment, preferably within a Managed Service Provider (MSP).
- I possess a strong understanding of computer hardware, software, networking, and operating systems.
- I am patient, empathetic, and able to communicate technical concepts to non-technical users.
- I enjoy collaborating with a team and leveraging the expertise of others to solve problems.
- I have exceptional customer service skills with a proven ability to quickly build rapport.
Responsibilities
- I will be responsible for implementing projects for a wide range of clients. These projects can vary from simple, one-day tasks to multi-strand, complex systems migrations and security hardening.
- I will typically handle the implementation of Office 365, EMS (including Intune, Conditional Access, Autopilot, and various 365 security features), Mimecast, Azure platform, and Hosted Telephony.
- My successful delivery of projects will assist our clients in achieving the IT roadmap we set out, meeting their demands due to growth, business changes, or office relocations.
Description
I am excited to offer a position as a Projects Engineer in Borehamwood, with a hybrid work model. This is a permanent role with a salary of up to £46,000 per annum, depending on experience. I will enjoy benefits including 28 days of annual leave, increasing to 29 days, along with a company pension. I will also have access to a tailored career path with industry vendor training.
