Requirements
Must:
- Proven experience as a Business / Systems Improvement Analyst.
- Strong understanding of business analysis methodologies.
- Familiarity with process mapping and user story documentation.
- Excellent communication skills to liaise effectively with key business users and technical teams.
- Ability to manage stakeholder expectations and facilitate workshops.
- Experience in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and staff training.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Conduct AS-IS and TO-BE evaluations to assess current and future business processes.
- Organize and manage workshops to gather requirements and insights.
- Create process flows and user stories to document business needs.
- Communicate findings to relevant colleagues and third parties.
- Collaborate closely with business users and IT teams to identify system enhancements and corrections.
- Manage expectations of key stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
- Assist in the UAT process to ensure successful implementation of new features.
- Provide training to staff on how to use new systems.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for system-related queries and training needs.
