Requirements

Must:
We are looking for a candidate with 4-6 years of Java development experience. You should be proficient in Java 11 or higher and familiar with frameworks such as Spring and Spring Boot. Experience with microservices architecture and message queues (like Kafka or equivalent MQ) is essential. A strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) is also required.

Responsibilities

In this role, you will be responsible for the development of systems and applications within our team. Your expertise will contribute to our projects and support the overall goals of our investment banking initiatives.

This is a contract position for 6 months with a rolling term. The role is based in Birmingham, and you will be required to work in the office five days a week.
