Requirements
Must:
To succeed as a Developer Analyst, you will need to possess the skills to deliver a range of dynamic solutions and have the drive to investigate and resolve technical challenges. You should have experience in a similar Developer Analyst or Application Support role, where you have worked with a broad range of business applications, developed online forms, and integrated systems using APIs and SFTP. Experience with database administration (ideally SQL Server) and an understanding of cloud-based infrastructure and applications, including Software as a Service, is essential. It is also important to keep pace with changes in technology.

As a Developer Analyst within the Customer and Digital Services team, I will rely on you to support the technology requirements across the Council and provide a technical, professional, and customer-focused service. You will work with colleagues to deliver digital solutions on our chosen platforms, including the design and build of business processes and online forms to ensure a consistent and excellent user experience. Your responsibilities will also include the support and maintenance of existing in-house and third-party systems, the implementation of integrations between applications, and general database administration. Additionally, you will advise colleagues on optimizing processes using digital technology and assist in the migration of systems to new solutions, working closely with external suppliers.
