Requirements
Must:
- Strong commercial coding experience in Javascript / Typescript
- Commercial experience in React.js & Next.js
- Confident working with modern Web APIs, including REST and/or GraphQL
- Proficient in HTML, SCSS, and LESS
- An eye for design, with a focus on creating clean, functional, and pixel-perfect code
- Bonus skills include experience with Strapi headless CMS, working within a Docker environment, and experience deploying to cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure
- Ecommerce web development experience is a plus, but not required
Responsibilities
As a Front End Developer, you will work directly with our Technical Director and the wider development team, taking the lead on all things Front End development. I expect you to help shape the technical strategy and, over time, play a role in growing our Front End development team.
Description
We are a high-growth UK Ecommerce company with approximately 150 staff members, and we are looking for an accomplished Front End Javascript / Typescript developer to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity to make a significant impact as we rapidly scale our operations. The salary for this role is £55K, with a range of £50K - £60K depending on experience, and a 10% bonus along with a very good benefits package. Located in the Liverpool area, this position offers hybrid working with 1-2 days in the office and the remainder working from your home office.
