Must:
We are looking for a Software Support or Application Support professional with a solid understanding of the code behind web applications. Ideally, you have experience in coding and development, with a basic knowledge of technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP. You should be flexible in your work schedule, as some events may require evening and weekend availability.
Responsibilities
In this role, you will support and tweak the code in our bespoke web applications based on the real-time needs of our clients. You will be responsible for ensuring that these applications run smoothly during live events around the world. This includes configuring and supporting applications both remotely and on-site at various events, allowing you to travel to exciting locations like Europe, Tokyo, Australia, and the USA.

We offer a salary range of £25k - £30k, along with great benefits including free worldwide travel. Our head office is located in Buckingham, and during your probation period, you will work from the office three days a week and from home for two days.
