Requirements
Must:
- I am looking for someone who is naturally curious and loves asking, “what's driving this?”
- You should have strong analytical skills and experience in HR data and people analytics.
- I expect you to be confident with SAP, Visier, Power BI, Excel, and ideally Power Apps.
- You should enjoy simplifying complexity and building tools that make data meaningful.
- Collaboration and organization in a stakeholder-rich environment are essential.
- No need to be an expert in reward, as I believe you will learn as you go.
Responsibilities
- I want you to design and build interactive dashboards and visualizations using platforms like Visier and Power BI to deliver clear, actionable insights across HR.
- You will lead on the optimization of monthly reporting, pulling data from payroll, fleet, recognition, and benefits systems to streamline and visualize performance.
- You will support People Analytics and HR digitization projects across RUI and EMEA, applying agile methodologies and integrating platforms like SAP, Visier, and Power Apps.
- Collaboration with global teams across HR and IS will be key to ensuring data quality, integrity, and governance across multiple systems and suppliers.
- I will rely on you to help shape the 2026 benefits review by providing analytical support and insight into employee experience and engagement.
- Working closely with stakeholders, you will connect recognition with performance and build digital tools using platforms such as Power Apps to streamline, standardize, and enhance core Reward operations.
