Requirements
Must:
- A higher degree or relevant professional qualification at postgraduate level, or significant relevant experience.
- Previous experience in a leadership or management role.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and delegate to teams effectively.
- Experience and ability to motivate and engage staff.
- Understanding of digital experience and how to leverage digital tools to enhance the end-user experience.
- Knowledge of the solution development lifecycle, from initial analysis through to design, build, test, and release.
- Demonstrable experience in implementing innovative digital strategies and roadmaps.
- Experience in successfully implementing business applications and/or digital products in large and complex organizations.
- Proven track record in effective digital product management.
- Experience in user experience design.
- Experience in identifying and documenting business/user requirements.
Responsibilities
As our Head of Digital Experience & Product Management, I will lead the development and continuous improvement of key digital products, which include CRM, Enterprise Service Management, Student Records, Learning Management, and the overall Digital Experience for students during both pre- and post-enrollment. I will oversee a dedicated team comprising Product Managers, a UX Lead, and a Designer, ensuring that our digital services provide a seamless and engaging experience for students, staff, and stakeholders.
I will drive digital innovation, ensuring that all technology solutions align with the University’s strategic priorities. By closely collaborating with IT Services, the Web Team, Marketing, Student Services, and senior stakeholders, I will lead the delivery of product roadmaps, enhancements, and user-focused improvements.
Description
We offer a salary of up to £67,468, along with 43 days of annual leave, including bank holidays.
