Requirements
Must:
- Proficiency in React.js, Node.js, and Azure.
- Proven success in leading development teams and delivering complex software solutions.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and tools, particularly Jira.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with experience managing stakeholder relationships.

- Practical experience with test automation tools and integrating automated testing within CI/CD pipelines, specifically with tools like Selenium, Cypress, or Postman.
Responsibilities
- I will lead, coach, and mentor both front-end and back-end development teams.
- I will drive architectural decisions to ensure our products are scalable, secure, and perform optimally.
- I will champion Agile methodologies and continuously optimize our development processes.
- I will collaborate with stakeholders to define and execute the product roadmap.
- I will define and implement a suitable Testing and QA framework.
- I will implement and enhance CI/CD pipelines to ensure efficient deployments.
- I will ensure compliance with industry security standards and regulatory requirements.
