Must:
We are looking for a SuccessFactors Functional Lead with extensive experience in SuccessFactors Recruitment Management, Recruitment Marketing, and Onboarding implementation, including Reporting, Integrations, and Testing. You should be certified in Recruitment and Onboarding 2.0 with hands-on configuration skills. Additionally, we expect you to have been involved in 2-3 full end-to-end SuccessFactors recruitment implementations, specifically with experience working client-side. Strong expertise in collaborating with implementation partners and vendors is essential to ensure that functionality, integrations, and contractual obligations are met while challenging designs that are not fit for purpose.
Responsibilities
As our SuccessFactors Functional Lead, you will partner closely with our customers to deliver effective recruitment solutions. You will oversee the implementation of SuccessFactors systems, ensuring that the project meets all specified requirements and is delivered on time. Your role will involve configuration, reporting, and integrating various components of the recruitment process. You will also engage with our implementation partners to guarantee that best practices are followed and that the overall project objectives are achieved.
Description
This position is based in London, England, and is offered on a hybrid working model, with 2-3 days required in the office each week.
