Principal Experience Designer

In this role, you will lead experience design across a portfolio of end-to-end journeys, crafting holistic design solutions that integrate UX, UI, content, and service design layers. You will deliver the strategy for experience design and content across the organization, setting the vision and direction. Driving cross-functional discovery, you will align teams on direction, embedding user insight and data while championing a client-first mindset. You'll identify pain points and lead iterative design optimizations to continually improve the overall experience. Collaborating closely with product managers, researchers, engineers, marketers, and compliance, you’ll shape end-to-end journeys and innovate new features that enhance the client experience, reflecting industry best practices and trends. Additionally, you will build and refine design systems, ensuring alignment with brand, accessibility, and compliance requirements. Representing the design perspective at the enterprise level, you will manage senior stakeholders and influence high-level decisions, while also partnering with researchers, analysts, and product leads to inform direction and validate solutions. Inspiring and empowering designers and researchers to deliver top-quality design work and mentoring senior and mid-level designers will be a key part of your role. Shaping the design culture by promoting accountability, continuous learning, experimentation, and inclusive design will also be crucial.
