Requirements
Must:
- Skilled in front-end development, particularly with Blazor and C#
- Proficient in Visual Studio and .NET APIs
- Strong grasp of UX principles, usability, accessibility, and interaction design
- Experienced in designing responsive, customer-facing web interfaces
- Knowledgeable in WCAG standards and responsive design frameworks

- Partner with back-end developers to ensure smooth data integration and maintainable architecture
- Advocate for usability and accessibility throughout the product lifecycle
- Define and uphold UX standards, guidelines, and best practices
