Requirements
Must:
- You must already hold DV clearance for this contract role.
- You need to be CCNP certified or above.
- Familiarity with Data Centre technology based on Cisco Nexus 7000, 5000, 2000.
- Experience in Cisco routing and switching technologies, including the following products:
- Cisco ASR 1000 routers
- Cisco ISR routers
- Cisco Campus LAN switches (e.g., 3850, 6500, and 6800)
- Cisco ASA firewalls
- Fortinet Firewalls
- FS Load balancers (including GTM/LTM/APM)
- Infoblox appliances for DNS/DHCP
- Knowledge of management tools such as Cisco LMS, CiscoWorks, Netflow, and Wireshark.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills and a highly enthusiastic team player.
Responsibilities
- Work with projects to determine their network infrastructure requirements and ensure alignment with the network design.
- Provide guidance on achievable objectives and liaise with architectural teams for requirements that may extend beyond existing network design.
- Contribute to the network infrastructure roadmaps, ensuring the existing infrastructure remains up-to-date and supportable.
- Design and configure network infrastructure to meet project requirements.
- Produce high-level design (HLD), low-level design (LLD), and other support handover documentation for the network infrastructure.
- Conduct knowledge transfer sessions for support teams.
- Collaborate with other engineering teams to support various infrastructure roadmaps.
