Requirements
Must:
We require that you have proven experience in leading a team. This role will be both hands-on and hands-off. Solid communication skills for interacting with stakeholders are essential. You should also possess experience in event sourcing, including writing tooling, and be proficient in API development, deployment, and interaction. Familiarity with API layer concerns, hosting and handling caching, and using content delivery networks is necessary. Additionally, experience with deploying applications using serverless tools and knowledge of Azure is a must.
Responsibilities
As a Lead Full Stack Developer, you will be responsible for overseeing the development team, guiding both the technical and strategic direction of projects. Your role will involve hands-on coding as well as providing support and mentorship for team members. You will ensure that our APIs are robust and efficiently deployed, while also addressing caching and content delivery network requirements. Regular communication with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide updates will be a key aspect of your job.

We conduct interviews immediately and offer a fully remote work environment, with occasional travel to clients in London.
