Requirements
Must:
I am looking for someone with strong experience in managing internal IT issues and dealing with end users to find solutions. You should be patient, professional, and calm under pressure. Experience in hardware, software, networking, and security software is essential. Ideally, you will have access to your own transport due to our location.
Responsibilities
In this role, you will provide 1st and 2nd line desktop support to resolve systems issues raised by internal users. You will manage incoming support requests via our ticket portal, email, and telephone. Additionally, you will be responsible for installing, assembling, and configuring computers, monitors, and network infrastructure. Troubleshooting hardware, software, email, and network problems will also be a key part of your duties. Lastly, you will instruct staff in the use of business and administrative software, including Microsoft Office.

I offer an hourly rate of £13.30 with holiday pay and the opportunity for permanent placement very quickly. You will work in bright, modern offices and benefit from 28 days of holiday, as well as pension benefits following a qualifying period. Free on-site parking is available as well.
