Must:
We are looking for an individual with experience in an IT technician role within the fire and security industry. You must hold a full UK driving license and have the ability to obtain SC clearance.
Responsibilities
In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Administering support for Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Azure, and server environments.
- Configuring, maintaining, and supporting Gallagher Access Control applications to ensure seamless integration with CCTV, intruder, and intercom systems.
- Supporting and assisting with the commissioning of integrated fire and security systems on live projects.
- Managing patching, updates, backups, and system security in line with best practices and company policies.
- Ensuring compliance with IT security standards, GDPR, and data protection regulations.
- Liaising with external providers and vendors when escalating complex issues or managing third-party systems.
