Requirements
Must:
- You have a strong educational background in Computer Science, Engineering, Physics, or Mathematics; an MSc or PhD is advantageous.
- You are OSCP or CRT certified.
- You have commercial experience with Offensive Security, Red Team testing, or Penetration testing.
- You possess a keen interest in Cyber Security and an understanding of key concepts and protocols.
- You can code in any object-oriented programming language (e.g., Python, C++, C#, Java).
- You have experience using various operating systems and networking technologies.
- You have a good understanding (and interest in) low-level concepts including operating systems and networking.
- You possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Responsibilities
As an Offensive Security Tester, you will manage client engagements, perform security tests, and report your findings. You will use industry-standard tools combined with our in-house developed tools, along with carrying out manual reviews to identify issues within customer infrastructure and web applications. You’ll be proactive and given the opportunity to explore various methods within Red Team testing to outmaneuver defenders and gain access to customer networks.

We are a rapidly expanding scale-up where you will work on cutting-edge Greenfield cyber security projects alongside a highly talented team. This position offers the opportunity to progress your career at our software house that is developing a highly complex network cyber security platform. Our work-from-home policy includes remote interviews and onboarding, allowing you to work from home most of the time, with only occasional visits to our London office (approximately once a quarter). As an Offensive Security Tester, you will receive a competitive salary of up to £70k, the flexibility of remote work (with monthly in-person meetings in London), and continuous training and career development, including funding for certifications.
