Requirements
Must:
- Strong experience in IT support, particularly with building servers, Windows and Azure Active Directories.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting various networking protocols and technologies.
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills.
- Previous experience in the education sector is preferred.
- Willingness to work on-site and live within 20 miles of the job site.
- Ability to pass a DBS check.
Responsibilities
- Lead a small team of IT Field Engineers in providing on-site support to schools in Cumbria.
- Manage and resolve IT-related issues such as networking, digital transformation, cybersecurity, and strategic planning.
- Serve as the last line of defense for IT concerns, offering premium solutions and strategic decisions.
- Monitor team performance to ensure smooth operations and effective issue resolution.
- Engage in general problem solving and execute various IT tasks as needed.
