Requirements
Must:
- Strong experience as a Technical Architect on Dynamics 365 CRM projects.
- Deep understanding of Dynamics 365 CRM modules and the Microsoft Power Platform.
- Excellent experience in designing and documenting comprehensive technical solutions.
- Proven ability in stakeholder management regarding platform capabilities and constraints.
- Microsoft Certification in Dynamics 365 and Power Platform.
- Experience with the Contact Centre module and Microsoft Purview data governance.
- Experience working in Life Insurance and Financial Services Products.
Responsibilities
As a Microsoft Dynamics Consultant, I will be providing consultancy and hands-on support in implementing Dynamics 365 Contact Centre and CRM. My role will involve providing guidance and acting as a project manager through best practices, solution design, and platform capabilities. I will join a well-established business that has seen significant growth over the past 3 years, offering strategic input to design teams and stakeholders regarding Dynamics 365 CRM and Power Platform capabilities. Additionally, I will manage the day-to-day implementation of features within the Dynamics environment.
