Requirements
Must:
We’re seeking a candidate who holds a Full UK Driving Licence and at least one relevant IASME recognized qualification, such as CREST Registered Tester (CRT), Offensive Security Certified Professional (OSCP), or CHECK Team Member/Team Leader. Relevant infrastructure qualifications are also appreciated.
In terms of experience, you'll need proficiency with the Microsoft Stack, including Microsoft 365, along with hands-on experience in Windows Server installation and configuration, virtualization, vulnerability scanning tools like Qualys, and cloud platforms such as AWS and Azure. Familiarity with security measures, including MDM, MFA, email filtering, next-generation firewalls, anti-virus solutions, and SIEM solutions like Sentinel, is also vital.
We look for individuals who can work independently, excel under pressure, demonstrate creative problem-solving skills, and maintain extreme professionalism and personal presentation. Strong communication and relationship-building abilities, a people-centric approach, and excellent conversational fluency in English to articulate complex technical issues clearly are mandatory.
Responsibilities
If you choose to join us, your responsibilities will entail a diverse scope of work. First, in Solution Design and Pre-Sales (50% of your role), you will lead the design of secure, scalable infrastructure and cloud solutions for both new and existing clients. This includes producing and reviewing technical design documents in accordance with our standards and ensuring security controls are integrated into all designs. You will participate in client meetings to gather requirements, present proposed designs to various stakeholders, and assist our Account Managers and the Solution Architect team in preparing technical proposals and scopes.
In Security Governance & Compliance (20%), you will be the subject matter expert on cybersecurity best practices, ensuring all solution designs are aligned with established frameworks such as Cyber Essentials, ISO27001, and NCSC guidelines. Regular internal and client-facing security reviews, readiness assessments, and compliance suggestions will be part of your responsibilities.
Lastly, in Vulnerability Assessment & Remediation (30%), you will oversee and support vulnerability assessments across client environments. This includes using industry-standard tools to identify weaknesses, coordinating remediation activities, and offering technical guidance on patch management and security control implementation.

We recognize that it may not be realistic to find someone who meets every requirement. If you have a growth mindset and a desire to develop your skills over time, we would love to have you apply. At razorblue, we value continuous learning and development, investing significantly in our team's growth rather than just seeking out experts.
