Must:
- Active DV Clearance
- Good communication skills
- Ability to produce concise installation documentation
- Strong analysis and problem-solving skills
- Good understanding and proven track record of IP/Firewall technologies
- Experience of Agile working
- Knowledge of Microsoft Windows, Group Policy, and scripting
- Experience with Exchange Messaging
- Proven experience working in a secure environment
Responsibilities
In this role, you will provide technical support for issues raised by the Service Ops Centre. You will be responsible for investigating and delivering defect resolutions through Engineering into the Production Environment without impacting the live service. You will deliver engineering changes on time and with quality while following the engineering lifecycle. Additionally, you may be required to work evenings and weekends in support of the project.
