Requirements
Must:
- Extensive experience with Oracle Fusion applications.
- Proven track record of leading cross-functional delivery teams, including both offshore and onshore technical and functional integration resources.
- Exceptional communication and facilitation skills, with experience in conducting workshops and managing stakeholder expectations.
- Strong project management skills, including the ability to prioritize tasks and manage competing deadlines.
- An analytical mindset with the ability to translate business requirements into reporting solutions.
- Familiarity with governance and best practices for reporting within Oracle Fusion, particularly within the Public Sector.
Responsibilities
- Provide team leadership by guiding, setting priorities, and ensuring deliverables align with the project timeline and objectives.
- Ensure alignment between the integration catalogue and business requirements through integration catalogue mapping and gapping.
- Act as the primary point of contact for integration-related escalations, resolving issues effectively and engaging with customers through workshops.
- Develop an integration strategy that aligns with the customer’s overarching goals.
- Maintain open lines of communication with stakeholders to manage expectations and provide regular updates on the progress of the integration workstream.
- Promote the use of standardized reporting solutions to minimize customizations and support scalability, while managing risk and addressing issues promptly.

The programme is currently at the design stage, allowing the successful candidate to have real input into the end solution and subsequent managed service. This complex yet socially rewarding Oracle Fusion implementation requires very little travel and genuinely improves outcomes for everyone in Northern Ireland. As we build the delivery team for a recognizable global brand, you will have the chance to work with some of the best talent in the UK Oracle Fusion implementation field. This long-term programme will transition into a managed service for the next ten years, providing a unique chance to be involved in a transformative project.
