Requirements
Must:
We are looking for candidates with proven experience in laptop assembly and hardware troubleshooting. You should be proficient in installing and configuring Windows operating systems, particularly Windows 11. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality are essential. You must be able to work independently as well as part of a team, demonstrating excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to tasks. Good communication skills are also important.
Responsibilities
As a Laptop Build Engineer, you will be responsible for building laptops from component level, ensuring that all hardware is correctly installed and functioning. You will install Windows 11 on all laptops, configuring settings according to our company specifications. Conducting thorough testing of each laptop to ensure performance and functionality meet quality standards will be part of your role. Additionally, you'll maintain accurate records of build processes and configurations for each device, troubleshoot issues encountered during the build and installation process, and collaborate closely with team members to meet project deadlines and maintain workflow efficiency.
