Requirements
Must:
We are looking for candidates with the following experience:
- At least 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or Project Manager, specifically within IT, legal applications, or Business Change for a law firm.
- Ability to manage multiple IT Business Analyst projects, including IT Business Change, Systems, Software delivery, or IT Infrastructure.
- Strong project management skills.
- Capability to collaborate with different areas of the business, gather requirements, and create viable technical solutions.
- Critical thinking skills with an ability to challenge the norm.
- Excellent stakeholder management experience.
- Familiarity with both Waterfall and Agile methodologies.
- A proven track record of delivering legal software projects (e.g., iManage, Elite 3E, SOS Connect, Visualfiles, Proclaim, ShareDo, Peppermint Aderant, or similar DMS, PMS, or CMS platforms).
- Ability to dig for information and manage stakeholders to identify optimal solutions.
Responsibilities
As a Senior Business Analyst / Project Manager, you will engage with various stakeholders and be responsible for:
- Understanding overall business delivery projects and providing insights to ensure that projects run smoothly and meet the satisfaction of all parties involved.
- Creating functional specifications from business requirements while liaising with teams across the business.
- Working on medium to large-scale projects across all business areas, including IT, Finance, HR, and software.
- Conducting business analysis work on multiple projects simultaneously, including requirements gathering, creating functional specifications, process mapping, and coordinating user testing.
- Running projects from inception to completion, providing concise reporting to key stakeholders, and supporting the delivery of strategic initiatives.
