Requirements

Must:
- At least 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst / Project Manager, specifically in IT, legal applications, or Business Change for a law firm - Proven ability to manage multiple IT Business Analyst projects within IT Business Change, Systems, Software delivery, or IT Infrastructure - Strong project management experience - Capability to unify different areas of the business, gather requirements, and create viable technical solutions - Critical thinker who can challenge the norm - Excellent stakeholder management skills - Experience with both Waterfall and Agile methodologies - A successful track record of delivering new legal software projects such as iManage, Elite 3E, SOS Connect, Visualfiles, Proclaim, ShareDO, Peppermint Aderant, or similar DMS, PMS, or CMS platforms - Strong information-gathering and stakeholder management skills to identify the best solutions

Responsibilities

- Gain an understanding of overall business delivery projects, providing influence and input to ensure smooth project execution and satisfaction for all parties involved - Engage with all business areas to create functional specifications from business requirements and collaborate effectively with various teams - Work on medium to large-scale projects encompassing all sectors of the business, including IT, Finance, HR, and software

You will undertake business analysis work on various projects, including requirements gathering, creating functional specifications, process mapping, and coordinating user testing before managing projects from start to finish.
