Must:
We are looking for a candidate who brings around five years or more of experience in IT project teams, with a proven track record of successful project deliveries. You should possess a deep understanding of IT systems, infrastructure, and the software development lifecycle. Holding certifications such as PMP or PRINCE2 would showcase your commitment to excellence. You must be adept with tools like MS Project, Jira, or ServiceNow PPM to ensure seamless project tracking and reporting. A flair for communication is essential, as you will need to make complex technical concepts accessible to all stakeholders.
Responsibilities
As our IT Project Manager & Portfolio Coordinator, you will be key in orchestrating IT initiatives from conception to completion. Your daily tasks will involve strategizing project scopes, aligning resources, and ensuring timely delivery—all while maintaining a keen eye on the overarching portfolio to guarantee alignment with our organisational goals. This hands-on role will also allow you to oversee and coordinate the entire group IT project portfolio. You'll be responsible for weaving together diverse teams, bridging the gap between technical intricacies and business objectives, and fostering collaborations that lead to innovative solutions.
