Requirements
Must:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role
- Experience working in a Managed Service Provider (MSP) environment
- Proficient in the Microsoft Office Stack
- Experience with Intune is desirable
Responsibilities
As a Support Engineer, I will be tasked with a variety of day-to-day activities. These include updating the Service Desk to log detailed records of incidents, service requests, and issues. I will manage support calls to ensure that all data is accurate and up to date in order to meet service level agreements. Additionally, I will prioritize issues on a case-by-case basis, create and maintain process documentation, and provide general hardware support.
