Responsibilities
As a Senior IT Support Analyst, I will expect you to join our Technology Services Team, where you will be accountable for supporting our 250 users at the site. You will act as a point of escalation for the Service Desk team and work closely with a diverse range of stakeholders to provide both proactive and reactive hands-on support. This role also offers the opportunity to mentor junior colleagues and enhance technology use across the business. You will engage with various technologies, including Windows, O365, remote access tools, hardware, and Azure, as we transition into a more cloud-focused environment.
