Requirements
Must:
We are looking for a Systems Developer with the following essential qualifications:
- Strong experience with the IntelliPen platform, including calculations, workflows, Intellisite, payroll, and finance.
- Good knowledge of SQL and Microsoft Office tools.
- A background in defined benefit pensions systems and technology.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- The ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Additionally, the following attributes are desirable:
- Experience with BI/MI tools, such as Power BI.
- Understanding of defined contribution (DC) schemes and Additional Voluntary Contributions (AVCs).
- Knowledge of internal control frameworks, like AAF.
Responsibilities
In this role, I will be responsible for:
- Configuring and optimizing the IntelliPen system, which includes workflows, calculations, reporting, payroll integration, and the member portal.
- Supporting the day-to-day resolution of incident tickets and platform issues.
- Collaborating with test teams, project leads, and external partners, such as Procentia.
- Providing technical coaching and guidance across the internal systems team.
- Supporting reporting and controls to meet internal standards, such as AAF.
- Helping to drive innovation and improvements across pensions systems and processes.

I am excited to welcome a talented Systems Developer to join our growing team and take ownership of key configuration work on the IntelliPen Pensions Administration platform. You will work closely with internal teams, stakeholders, and third-party suppliers to deliver effective and impactful solutions for our members.
