We are looking for an experienced Gold Bullion Broker who has a minimum of 1 year of direct sales experience, particularly in telephone sales (B2C). You should be confident in social settings, hardworking, and have a keen interest in researching Gold Markets and alternative investments. It is essential that you possess intrinsic drive and motivation, are a quick learner, and can effectively communicate with high net worth individuals about their investment options. Punctuality and reliability are musts, along with the ability to work independently as well as part of a sales-driven team. Confidence in public speaking and the ability to generate creative ideas to enhance sales and team morale are critical. A strong background in building new business and the ambition to succeed is crucial.
Responsibilities
In this role, you will answer calls and engage with potential investors responding to our marketing initiatives. You must be able to quickly build rapport and effectively articulate the benefits of physical gold ownership. Following up with interested leads and onboarding new clients will be part of your daily tasks. You will need to think quickly, handle incoming calls, and present your ideas in a compelling manner. Reliability, professionalism, and smart presentation are expected as you represent our brand.

We are a well-regarded Gold Bullion Investment Firm that has recently rebranded and experienced a surge in enquiries. Our office is conveniently located just 15 minutes from Victoria, and we have an impressive track record of record sales even during challenging times. We provide you with numerous leads generated through a robust marketing strategy, including social media, Google, and TV advertising. High-energy training will be offered by seasoned sales experts, and we emphasize that all our clients receive impeccable service. We offer a competitive salary with the potential to earn between £60,000 to £120,000 annually, plus commission and bonuses. Our work hours are Monday to Thursday from 10:30 AM to 6:30 PM, and a 2:30 PM finish on Fridays if required. This is a fast-paced role suited for proactive individuals who are ready to contribute to a team known for its success stories and motivating training culture.
