Requirements
Must:
We are looking for candidates who possess a solid knowledge of Microsoft and Networking Architectures. You should have a strong understanding of DNS, DHCP, OSPF, and MPLS design concepts, as well as knowledge of Layer 2 and Layer 3 routing and switching. Proficiency in Office 365, EntraID, Purview, and SharePoint is essential for this role.
Responsibilities
As an IT Engineer, you will be responsible for implementing technical solutions that meet our business requirements and adhere to industry best practices. Your role will include analyzing and resolving complex issues related to both private and public cloud IT engineering and operations, system software, storage management, as well as backup methodologies. You will design and implement Active Directory and Group Policy, maintain firewall rules and policies, and perform routine audits for security compliance.
You will develop, maintain, and manage technical documentation to meet industry standards, troubleshoot IT and networking issues, and report on root cause analysis. Collaborating and communicating effectively with internal and external stakeholders on IT matters will be key. Additionally, you will complete risk assessments to identify IT and network risks and implement mitigation strategies while providing relevant support and maintenance to our IT Helpdesk. Managing and prioritizing your workload to meet operational demand and providing out-of-hours support as necessary will also be part of your responsibilities.
