Requirements
Must:
- Experience in customer service; experience in insurance is desirable but not essential.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities to assess risks.
- A keen eye for detail and exceptional organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft packages and Outlook email systems.
- Confident computer skills.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and issue renewal invitations and quotations for both existing and new clients.
- Provide outstanding customer service to policyholders over the phone and via email.
- Collaborate with our team to ensure the best support is provided to clients.
- Manage your workload efficiently to ensure client queries and renewal terms are addressed promptly.
Description
We offer a full-time permanent role within our Administration team at our Head Office near Wetherby, West Yorkshire, conveniently located for those commuting from the Leeds-Harrogate-York triangle. Our working hours are full-time, Monday to Friday from 8:45 am to 5:15 pm, with an additional shift from 9:00 am to 1:00 pm on four Saturdays per year on a rota basis. The salary for this role ranges from £26,000 to £30,000, depending on experience. You will receive comprehensive training on our systems and products, alongside continuous support and opportunities for fully funded professional accreditation.
