Requirements
Must:
We are looking for candidates who possess knowledge or experience in either sales or the hairdressing industry. You should be hardworking, motivated, and have a positive approach. A commercial awareness and strong sales skills with a 'can do / will do' attitude are essential. You also need to have good numeracy and IT skills, including familiarity with social media and CRM systems, as well as being target-focused. A complete self-motivator, you should be an excellent communicator with a strong telephone manner, good organizational skills, and present yourself well. A genuine passion for our industry is important. Additionally, a driver’s license (not automatic only) is required.
Responsibilities
As a Sales Representative, my main responsibility is to build relationships with salon owners and drive sales through effective presentations, education, merchandising, and enthusiasm. This is a field-based, business-to-business role, and you will be accountable for your own territory and postcode areas. You'll be expected to make face-to-face client calls to expand current business and prospect for new clients.
