UX Product Designer

In this role, you will support discovery and strategy by helping to frame problems, test ideas, and guide your squad toward validated solutions. You will be responsible for designing holistic experiences, owning the end-to-end user journey to ensure products deliver value and feel effortless to use. Conducting and applying UX research will be a key part of your work, as you plan and run user interviews and usability testing while embedding insights into every design decision. You'll also facilitate collaboration by contributing to workshops and design sprints, aligning stakeholders, and accelerating discovery. Balancing business and user needs will be essential as you create solutions that are desirable, feasible, and commercially viable. Additionally, you will champion design systems and accessibility to ensure consistency, scalability, and compliance with WCAG 2.2 AA standards. Fostering a discovery culture by encouraging rapid experimentation, user engagement, and continuous learning will also be part of your responsibilities.
