Scrum Master / Business Agility Lead

As a Business Agility Lead (BAL), I will play a pivotal role in driving effectiveness, efficiency, and predictability across teams to deliver real value to customers and colleagues at pace. I will partner closely with Lab Leaders to ensure optimized flow of work, high data quality, and the embedding of agile practices. Using a data-led approach, I will help transition teams towards greater maturity and speed to market, while coaching them to be self-sufficient in their agile journey. This is an exciting opportunity to work across a spectrum of agile maturity levels, from teams just starting out to those with established practices, and to influence positive, lasting change.
