Requirements
Must:
- I must be eligible for SC Clearance due to the nature of the clients I will be supporting.
- I have proven experience as a Full Stack JavaScript Developer, with a strong focus on Node.js and backend development.
- I possess expertise in at least one leading Node framework, such as Express.js, Nest.js, or Hapi.js.
- I demonstrate strong proficiency in modern front-end frameworks, including React.js, Vue.js, or Angular.
- I have experience in a lead or senior developer role, mentoring and guiding teams.
- I am proficient in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), and TypeScript.
- I have experience with Test-Driven Development (TDD) or Behavior-Driven Development (BDD).
- I possess knowledge of Cloud-Native development (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
- I am familiar with CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and Git.
- I have a strong understanding of web standards, accessibility, and performance best practices.
- I possess excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
Responsibilities
As a Lead/Senior Full Stack Developer, I will:
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship, guiding developers through best practices and high-quality coding standards.
- Design, develop, and maintain both front-end and back-end components using JavaScript, Node.js, and modern frameworks.
- Collaborate with architects and developers to build scalable, secure, and robust architectures.
- Lead and participate in agile development processes, including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Conduct thorough code reviews to ensure performance, quality, and adherence to best practices.
- Improve development processes, tools, and techniques to boost productivity and product quality.
- Work closely with clients and internal teams to understand requirements and provide technical guidance.
- Stay up to date with the latest industry trends and technologies, driving innovation within the team.

I am looking for a highly skilled and experienced Full Stack JavaScript Developer to join my Experience Engineering team. In this role, I will take the lead in developing cutting-edge web and mobile applications, ensuring they are high-performing, scalable, and maintainable.
