Requirements
Must:
- I value candidates with a background in Library Sciences or experience working with Archival, Digital Asset Management, or Library Systems.
- A strong interest in Software, especially within the Ed Tech and Cultural sectors (including Universities, Museums, Heritage, and Archives) is essential.
- You may have experience with products from companies such as ProQuest, Clarivate, Bibliotheca, BibliU, NexBib, 247Lib, Axiell, Ex Libris, Innovative Interfaces, SirsiDynix, Library Management Cloud, Education Software Solutions, Infor Library Software, WorldCat, Koha, Soutron, Minisis, Aspen Discovery, Open Fifth, Knowvation, ArchivalWare, Alma, Primo, Aleph 500, or AtriuM.
- Knowledge of digital publishing or digital asset management is desirable.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills are crucial for this key customer-facing role.
- I expect team members to work independently and flexibly as part of a small team.
- A responsible and flexible solutions-based approach to work is important.
- You should be able to work 2 days in the office and 3 days from home.
Responsibilities
- As a Software Implementation Consultant, I will have you build and maintain excellent relationships with existing customers. You'll spend time investigating and understanding their objectives, while also implementing, onboarding, and training them to ensure they are using our software effectively to achieve their goals.
- You will promote engagement with our software through webinars, workshops, the development of documentation and support materials, and contributions to our community platform.
- It will be your responsibility to contribute to future product development by building an understanding of customer requirements and priorities and sharing this knowledge with our product and engineering teams.
