We are looking for a Technical Support Engineer / IT Service Desk Analyst with solid experience in: - Root cause analysis - Data centre architecture - Network and application management protocols - Network administration and troubleshooting - Windows Server OS - SQL, IIS, and Exchange Server Other essential skills include: - Documentation and technical writing - Customer relationship management - Strong communication and organizational skills - The ability to learn complex topics - Flexibility and attention to detail Desirable skills that would be beneficial include: - Experience with monitoring tools - Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365, Azure AD, and AWS - SQL query knowledge - Awareness of cloud services - Understanding of Active Directory - Industry certifications - Scripting or programming knowledge - Linux administration - Awareness of security standards - Backup solutions and disaster recovery strategies

Description

This position is a fantastic opportunity for those who enjoy working in a dynamic team environment focused on unity, integrity, and quality. The salary for the role ranges from £29,000 to £35,000 per annum, with benefits such as 25 days of annual leave plus bank holidays, private medical insurance, a pension scheme, flexible rewards and wellbeing benefits, the Employee Assistance Programme, an Electric Vehicle Scheme, and a Cycle to Work scheme, along with opportunities for training and development. The role is based in Worthing, West Sussex, with a hybrid working arrangement (3 days in the office and 2 days from home). Please note, candidates must have the right to work in the UK as this position is not eligible for sponsorship.
