Requirements
Must:
- You must have a degree in Engineering or a STEM discipline (or equivalent experience).
- Proven leadership experience, with the ability to foster a collaborative team culture.
- Strong problem-solving skills, particularly in complex systems.
- A systems-thinking approach along with a passion for continuous improvement.
- Proficiency with tools for processing and analyzing large datasets.
- Familiarity with programming languages and databases such as C++, Java, SQL, or Oracle.
Responsibilities
- I will lead and manage a team of software developers throughout the entire development lifecycle.
- I will oversee the support, maintenance, and enhancement of our in-house Flight Test Instrumentation (FTI) software tools.
- I will plan and prioritize workloads to ensure that both current and future team objectives are met.
- I will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to align software capabilities with strategic needs.
- I will develop strategies to enhance the functionality of the FTI software toolset.
- I will promote software development best practices and ensure adherence to team processes.
