Requirements
Must:
We require candidates to have proven experience in full stack JavaScript development, with a strong focus on Node.js and server-side development. You should have experience with at least one leading Node framework such as Express.js, Nest.js, or Hapi.js, along with expertise in at least one modern front-end framework like Nest.js or Remix.js. Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript (ES6+) is essential, and experience with TypeScript and modern development tools and practices will be a plus. Knowledge of Test Driven or Behaviour Driven Development, as well as familiarity with Cloud-Native development and serverless architectures (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) is necessary. Candidates should also have experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices. Furthermore, applicants must be eligible for Security Check (SC) clearance, having resided continuously in the UK for the past 5 years.

Responsibilities
In this role, you will design, develop, and maintain both front-end and back-end components of web and mobile applications using JavaScript, Node.js, and various modern frameworks and libraries such as React, Angular, or Vue.js. You will collaborate with architects and other developers to construct robust, scalable, and secure architectures for new projects and enhancements to existing systems. Participating in agile development processes, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives, will be part of your duties. You will conduct thorough code reviews to ensure code quality, performance, and adherence to best practices. There will also be opportunities to contribute to improving our teams' development processes, tools, and techniques to enhance productivity and product quality. Working closely with clients and internal teams, you will understand requirements, provide technical guidance, and deliver solutions that exceed expectations. Staying up to date with the latest industry trends and technologies to drive continuous learning and innovation within the team will also be expected.
Description
We offer a competitive salary of £65,000 - £70,000 per annum, depending on your experience, along with benefits, perks, and healthcare options. The position is permanent and based on a hybrid model, requiring travel to London two days per week.
