Must:
I am looking for an ideal candidate who possesses strong experience in data analysis and business intelligence. Expertise in Power BI and data visualization is essential. You should have proven leadership and team management skills, along with strategic thinking capabilities and experience in cloud and on-premises data systems. I expect you to hold a degree-level qualification or a qualification at a minimum level 5 in a related subject. Additionally, I require you to hold or be willing to work towards Level 2 literacy and numeracy or an equivalent qualification.
Responsibilities
As the Developer Analyst Lead, your key responsibilities will include:
- Transforming data into insights that drive efficiency and profitability within the organization.
- Leading the data strategy and influencing its implementation in alignment with the college's goals.
- Championing a data-driven culture across the college to encourage analytics usage.
- Ensuring the accuracy and reliability of data for effective decision-making.
- Utilizing Power BI for clear data analysis and presentation.
- Collaborating with stakeholders to develop performance frameworks that align with business needs.
- Creating new applications and ensuring that existing services evolve to meet emerging needs.
- Integrating new digital tools to enhance data analysis and security.
- Providing proactive support to improve service delivery.
- Leading the Developer Analyst Team by setting targets, monitoring performance, and supporting team development.
- Efficiently managing resources to meet organizational targets.
- Building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders and ensuring compliance with established policies and procedures.
