Requirements
Must:
- Deep experience in Python, product development, and data engineering
- Proficiency in building and optimizing high-performance backend systems
- Familiarity with GCP (Google Cloud Platform), Pub/Sub, Cloud Run, and event-driven architecture
- Experience integrating APIs and creating scalable data pipelines
- Knowledge of Infrastructure as Code (IaC) practices, specifically using Terraform
- Understanding of CI/CD processes, ideally with GitHub Actions
- Strong product mindset with the ability to collaborate and communicate directly with users
- A passion for exploring new AI tools, data engineering practices, and emerging technologies
Responsibilities
- Enhance and scale backend services using Python
- Architect event-driven solutions in GCP with Pub/Sub and Cloud Run
- Build and optimize Python code to ensure robust and scalable backend systems
- Integrate APIs, enrich data, and construct reliable data pipelines
- Implement modern IaC practices for deployment and automation
- Utilize AI and tools of your choice to improve workflow efficiency and introduce innovative product features
- Enjoy autonomy in your work, allowing you to discover, design, and build without micromanagement
