Requirements
Must:
- A minimum of 3 years' experience as an Oracle FCCS Analyst or with HFM (Hyperion Financial Management).
- Strong understanding of financial consolidation, close processes, and group reporting.
- A background in Finance or Accounting, ideally with a degree or qualification (e.g., ACCA, CIMA, ICAEW).
- Experience in implementing or supporting Oracle EPM or similar enterprise performance management systems.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Clear communication skills with the ability to work effectively with both finance and technology stakeholders.
- Oracle FCCS certification or exposure to similar EPM tools (OneStream, IBM Cognos Controller, Workday, NetSuite) is desirable.
Responsibilities
- Support and manage the implementation of the Oracle FCCS module, collaborating with Oracle and internal finance teams.
- Perform ongoing system administration, including metadata updates, data loads, reconciliations, and environment synchronization.
- Document system configurations, application designs, and process improvements.
- Troubleshoot and resolve application issues, coordinating with Oracle and internal IT as needed.
- Provide end-user support and training on consolidation and reporting processes.
- Drive continuous improvement and optimization of the close and consolidation cycle.
Description
We are a leading UK retail organization currently undergoing a major Oracle finance transformation by implementing Oracle Cloud across our finance operations. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Oracle FCCS / Consolidation Systems Analyst to play a key role in shaping the future of our world-class retail finance department. The position is based in Leicester with a hybrid working model, requiring 3 days per week onsite. The salary for this permanent role ranges from £50,000 to £60,000.
